Customer Information
Customers who purchase services from webworlddesigns.com may
be required to provide a name, email address or other details. Web
World Designs may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders.
The customer agrees to provide webworlddesigns.com with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of
Web World Designs.
Placing and accepting orders
Unless previously agreed with webworlddesigns.com, work will not commence on documents until payment in full has been received and
Web World Designs is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, webworlddesigns.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order.
Delivery
A proof-reader will provide an estimated date for completion of
essay editing online and all proofreading online services. Whilst
Web World Designs make every effort to deliver
by this time, all dates specified are estimates
only. Delivery can be affected by the
failure of hosting server,
client not accepting the quotation within reasonable time, the
client not meeting webworlddesigns.com deadlines for clarification of points, submission of document,
the
client not meeting webworlddesigns.com deadlines for submission of brief.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, the
customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of
the agreement, and does not entitle the client to cancel an order.
Cancellation by
Web World Designs
Web World Designs reserves the right not to provide services at our sole discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein,
Web World Designs will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of this right.
Cancellation by the customer
If there is a need to cancel an order for services customers
must contact Web World Designs immediately. An agreement with
customers comes into existence once the order
has been confirmed and the payment has been processed. Once
payment has been accepted for an order, cancellation of the order is within
the sole discretion of Web World Designs. Work already undertaken on
an order must be paid for.
Refunds
All webworlddesigns.com's editors are trained and/or experienced proof-readers
and editors; each has reached stringent standards set by webworlddesigns.com. However both editing decisions and writing outcomes are subjective.
If the client is unhappy with the quality of the proofreading service provided by Web World
Designs, immediate contact should be made using
the contact option on this website. When
necessary a new proofreading editor will be assigned. Should
Web World Designs be satisfied that the problem lies with
their service the fee will be refunded to the
customer.
Refunds will be granted when guarantees to meet
certain deadlines are not met unless delivery has been delayed by factors
beyond the control of Web World Designs. These include server problems, late forwarding of documents, briefing papers or answers to editor queries.
Release and indemnity
The client agrees to waive any and all claims now or in the future against webworlddesigns.com which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Web
World Designs harmless from and against any and
all claims, expense or loss that may be incurred by webworlddesigns.com which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these terms and conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold webworlddesigns.com harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of use of this website, the violation of these terms and conditions by
the client, or the infringement by the customer, or other users of this website, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
